Soft synths opening when project opens - how to stop that

Soft synths opening when project opens - how to stop that

When I open a project it opens also all the soft synths and effects that I have been using, so I have to keep closing several pop up windows each time.   Is there a setting somewhere where I can prevent this happening?   

HP Z420, Intel Xeon E5-1620@ 3600MHz, 8GB RAM,  Windows 7 Pro 64-bit, Soundcard : Focusrite Saffire 24, & Sonar : Producer X3

    You could dock all the property windows for each plug-in in the Multi Dock. That's what I've been doing. It really cleans things up on your screen.

    Close all plugin gui windows before saving and closing the project. When you reopen the project none of them will launch the guis.

    DOH!  Was it that easy?!  Thanks for the suggestion - it worked fine :-)

    I do what emwhy does - I put them in the MultiDock. Seems like the best way to me. They're not in your way, but they're there and instantly available when you need them. My MultiDock always has the Console, the Soft Synths, and the PRV. It's great being able to just click on whatever tab I want and it opens up right there without blocking anything else on the screen. Love the MultiDock.
