Softube tsar-1r reverb plugin in pc loses settings when project saved

Softube tsar-1r reverb plugin in pc loses settings when project saved

I was pleased to see that Softube tsar-1r reverb plugin works in pc as well as fx bin. Except that, when you save the project, all settings are reset to default in the pc version, but are retained in fx bin. 
Anybody else see this? 

SONAR Platinum Lifetime 64-bit; Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 2nd Gen.; KRK Rokit 5; ASUS P9X79; INTEL I7-3820 3.6 GHZ;
850 WATT POWER SUPPLY; EVGA NVIDIA GTX560 TI 1GB;

    Some plugins are written for ProChannel as well. There was a bundle of 5 Softube plugs that fit that bill. Box has written a few and Oberloud has some. That's it.

    I use TSAR-1 in the PC all the time. My settings are always saved. I'm not sure what would cause that.

    Have you tried saving it as a pro channel module preset instead ?
    I have not experienced this but if I did I would probably look for a work around until figured out.
    that would be trying to save a pro channel preset. those will save all settings in modules and eq.

    I downloaded and installed the current version of TSAR-1R (2.3.90), and I can confirm that it behaves as described in the OP.
     
    However, TSAR-1R version 2.1.45 I've been using remembers its settings correctly, so it seems that the problem affects only more recent Softube releases.

    Saving as a pc preset has the same behavior…  as the hourglass comes up, the settings revert, chuck.

    never seen an hour glass. I will try to test this later on and report back.

    the hourglass is windows "working on it" from one of the large mouse pointers
