{Solved} Beta Expired? What the....???

I started Sonar Platinum today, and got this dialog. Clicking OK shut down Sonar.

I'm running Sonar Platinum 2017.01, and haven't updated in a few months, but I was not under the impression that upgrading was mandatory to continue using the software. And why would it think I'm running a beta version? My installation is normal production code, not even early access.

The Beta message is not a SONAR issue. It is a Rapture Session issue. Make sure you are running the latest version. Here is a KB article about the message you are receiving http://www.cakewalk.com/Support/Knowledge-Base/2016000055/Rapture-Pro-Session-2-0-5-Update

@scook, thanks for the fast reply. Rapture is updated, and now everything works again. Still, I never downloaded a beta or early access version of Rapture Session either.

I do not recall if the last Rapture Session early release was used as the first production release or if there was a short lived production release that had Beta logic in it. Either way, the current release of 2.0.5 appears to fix the problem.
