[Solved] Broadcast wave file starts at wrong time - how to fix?

So I recorded some guitar, bass and vocal tracks in Pro Tools 8.5 (version I got with my interface) a couple of years ago.  I have the audio in the PT project folder (in other words not exported) and was trying to import it into Sonar.  However, the time code on the wave file is 1:00:00.0 (in other words it starts at 1 hour) and thus Sonar imports it starting at 1 hour.  Is there anyway to strip this time code out or convince Sonar to import the file to an earlier time code?

    Preferences dialog
     +
Always Import Broadcast Waves at Their Timestamp.  Forces SONAR to ignore the Now Time when importing Broadcast Wave files. When this option is checked, Broadcast Waves begin at their SMPTE timestamp in your project.

Actually, I want the reverse of that, but I will use try unchecking that preference setting when I get a chance.  Thanks.

That drove me crazy once because I didn't even know there was such a thing as a broadcast file and sound effects were showing up at weird times like 43:16 in a 4 minute song.  I didn't even know where they were!

I'm glad I read about it here before encountering the situation for real.
