[Solved] Can't Seems To Post In Bakery

What am i missing?

Can someone please enlighten me as to how i should proceed?

All functions appear to be exclusively search/read oriented. I cant find a button to post with.

    go to the bakery and read about how it works
    To create a new feature request:
    Click on Ideas (1)
    Click on "Share an Idea" (2)
