[Solved] Console Emulator Sonar X3 Producer

My console emulator has a problem. Only one channel meter registers when recording audio. It works fine using soft synths and on music recorded before this problem occurred. The tape emulator which has the 2 meters is working fine as well as everything else. I don't see any problems when recording or using other plug-ins. My X3 version is a download upgrade and I don't want to re-install it.
I guess it's not a serious problem and I can do without it. However I find it strange when everything else is working fine. BTW, I'm using a Cakewalk UA-25X  USB audio interface with windows 8.1 64bit. I have the proper driver for the interface that I downloaded from the Roland website.
Any thoughts?
