[Solved] Ctrl+Drag Clip ? What's happening?

What's happening with squeezing or stretching the clip. Since November update it doesn't work anymore. It used to be the cursor changed for yellow color and shows in % how much we squeeze or stretch the clip. Or maybe I missed something? Anyone knows?

    They change the shortcut. Now you must push ctrl+shift and drag the clip. You will see two arrows left and right and a line in the middle of the sign.
