[Solved] Dear Cakewalk where is my X2 order!!!!!!
Dear Cakwalk, I have now tried the store forum, no response at all! Emailing with customer support/sales since Friday 21-09-2012, and no solution to the problem. I bought the upgrade from X1 expanded to X2 download and the disc set, very early in the morning PayPal did not redirect me, so my order was not completed in your end. How long do I have to wait until you sort it out? Cheers Michael

did it take the money from your paypal though ? I'd try again perhaps if it didn't. I used paypal from the UK myself without issue (my provider is what was tiscali, now talktalk) also what browser did you use ? maybe that has something to do with it.. I think I used either firefox or chrome.

well as long as you contacted their customer service, not tech support.. I'd say call them IF you could via say skype or calling card, calling direct isn't cheap. or leave Bill or Ryan [cakewalk] a PM on here perhaps, and they can forward it on.. give them the email address you used also, to make it easy for CS folk to search for also. could be any number of reasons why it hasn't gone thru, not for me to speculate

I've never understood why folks don't just pick up the phone and call Cake. The hold time is usually short and your question(s) gets answered directly.

remember none US folk have to pay to call .. to call the US directly it's £2.50 .. that's $4,05 *A MINUTE* and I know they have answering systems = wasted money on hold calling cards / skype are the best option and a lot cheaper.. but well, it would be good if cakewalk also had a SKYPE line for NONE US folk.

James S and Fog are right, I'm in UK and there is no phone support in this country. But this has been partly solved I am only missing two parts from a complete download, the links for two parts was wrong:-) But I am sure this will be solved Wednesday at the latest.
