[Solved] Membership CleverBridge Help

I got the monthly membership plan last January 2016 upgrade from Sonar Producer x2 to Sonar Platinum
On August 19th I was warned I was going to go demo mode in 12 days. I checked it out and my Credit card was declined according to an email. Debit card actually. Dont know why.Way more than enough to cover a 20 doillar payment. So I tried it three times to no avail.
Then I changed it to pay pal and it worked (My Pay Pal is linked to the same card)
Then I get three bills for three subscriptions from Cleverbridge. I told them no I just want one subscription. SO they refunded one and canceled the other two that were not processed yet.
Now when I go into commander center it says I have no subscriptions and I am in demo mode on Platinum
When I check my cakewalk account it also says no subscriptions. However mu bank account says payment went through
So I contact Cleverbridge over the phone and they said - I do have my original Subscription from last January as an active account they did not cancel that one.
Been trying to get a hold at someone at Cakewalk to no avail.
I asked CleverBridge to try to contact cakewalk since I couldn't and they said they would also let them know I have an active account.
VERY frustrating
anyone have suggestions?
Three days have passed - no one can help me from either cakewalk or Clerverbridge?
