(Solved) Ovation Pre-amp Manuals

Good Day
I have a 12 string Balladeer Standard, with built in mic/pre-amp bought second hand so dont have manuals Im wondering if anyone knows where to find a more detailed manual for pre-amp output options I can download, or can answer my questions? (Ive searched Ovation site and emailed for info, and cant seem to find anything specific on output connections/levels etc.
What Im uncertain about is Ovation output connections, to my audio interface,.
Can I use a balanced TRS connector from Ovation?
What level is coming out of Ovation, i.e., should I be using pre-amp, instrument or line inputs on my audio interface?
Can I use 48V phantom power to power Ovation pre-amp, and if so should battery be removed?
Any reference or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards
John

If your interface has a HiZ input you can plug directly into that. You can use a DI or plug into an amp and mic it or just mic it.

    Hope the links help

Thanks for links, but cant find the specific reference there, actually the Japanese version seemed to have same pre-amp, unfortunately can't read it, LOL. I guess some models actually had an XLR balanced and 1/4" connector, mine only has a 1/4",  so not sure if its only unbalanced, or balanced using a TRS 1/4", but has a 48V indicator LED on pre-amp, anyway hopefully their support get back to me eventually. I guess I could probably plug a balanced TRS into guitar, and check with an ohm meter, to see whats up with that.

    Thanks again.
    Cheers

Just an FYI, really impressive, Ovation rep got back me, on a Sunday even with a manual and info, and sending 1/4"/XLR adapter connector.

    Cheers
