[Solved] Overlapping MIDI Notes - Any Way To Fix?

Hello,

I have a MIDI track and I want each note to stop before the next one begins.  For instance, in the screenshot below, I want the note to end before the next note begins at the octave higher.

Quantizing doesn't seem to help here- even when using Note Duration?

Thank You,
Adam

can't you simply edit the note lengths in PRV with the smart tool?

I haven't used it in a very long while, but try running the legato cal script. From memory you can adjust the amount of legato before applying. I am not in front of my daw so I can't test it.

Won't quanitze (with note durations checked) do the trick?  Also, the Legato CAL mentioned by tenfoot...

I just did a quick test with the Cal script Legato.cal.  This does the trick.
