[Solved] Red Arrows? Please help!

Hey All, 
I came across something in Sonar X1 that I haven't seen before.  There are red arrows on each of my audio clips.  When I move them I erase other parts of different files.  When I mouse over these red arrows, there is no additional information as to what they are and clicking on them produces no results.  Some of the files now start at places which are incorrect.  How do I turn these red arrows off and get my project back to normal?
 
I am trying to attach a screenshot uploaded to my dropbox, but it wont attach. I can PM it to anyone if necessary.

    Red arrows or red flags?
    If what you are talking about are red 'flags', I believe that indicates the audio is clipping. Green flags indicate audio is not clipping.
    IIRC there will be a number in those flags indicating  +/-   over 0db.

    I'm guessing this is an older version of SONAR in which Audiosnap displayed a double-ended red arrow in the corner of audio clips to indicate that Autostretch was enabled. Regardless of whether autodstretch is enabled, if you enter a tempo change with some clips' timebase set to Absolute, you can end up with clips getting out of sync with the timeline. Undoing any recently made tempo changes may fix it the timing, and you can disable stretching once the tempo is back to original. It all depends on how the project got to be where it is.
     
    The timebase for both audio and midi clips defaults to Musical and should be left that way unless you're trying to obtain some vary specific result where some clips' start times follow tempo changes, and others don't. Timebase only applies to start times.
     
    EDIT:  I see you mentioned X1; that version did still show the arrows. I think it was X3 that dropped this.

    Thanks all!  The audio snap trick fixed it.  Never used that function before.
