[Solved] Stop at the end?

Hey folks,
Is there a way to tell Sonar where the end of the project is? I am working on a project that started out to be 4 mins and 8 secs long, over time it got shortened to about 3.5 mins. Problem is on playback; the now time marker continues on after project end right up to 4 mins and 8 secs. There are no longer any events that go past the 3.5 min mark, but it seems like Sonar thinks that there is. It happens this way every time.

"Stop at project end" IS checked.

Using Sonar X3e.

Thanks.

When you shortened the project, were there any automation envelopes on the shortened tracks?  These need to be manually truncated or the project sees them (automation nodes) as a part of the project length.

And you are certain there is no MIDI data in the Even List (after 3:30) for each MIDI track (if applicable)?

Even if there's data in a hidden track, Sonar will see it. I had to deal with this recently...hit Ctrl+End to reach the end, then keep unfolding automation tracks until you find the culprit.

Other events might be out at the 4 minute mark apart from automation nodes:
    Meter/Key changes
    Tempo events
    Check hidden tracks
Check your busses as well as tracks

Thanks for the help guys! Found a volume envelope that I missed. Shortened it to match track length and now everything's cool. Thanks again!

Now how do I mark this thread as "solved"?
