[Solved] The Kick Start Pack files aren't being installed
I don't really understand where the Rapture Kick Start Pack content gets installed. According to Craig's video, a folder called Kick Start will turn up in the Rapture browser with four sub folders containing a number of programs. All my other Rapture programs are stored in C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Rapture\Programs. However, no new folders have turned up (so pressing F5 in the Rapture browser window wouldn't make much difference). I have even checked my Rapture LE program folder just in case. Additionally, no wave (or possibly flac) files have been installed either.
Of course, I have installed the Anderton Collection from the CCC and a green light is assuring me that everything is all right. I have even located the AndertonCollectionSetup_1.0.0.19.exe and run that program explicitly as an administrator, but to no avail.
I have also searched both my hard drives for a file called M01.prog (which according to the video should be one of the new programs installed) but it is nowhere to be found. However, every time I run the CCC or the AndertonCollectionSetup_1.0.0.19.exe, the Anderton Synthetic Impulse Responses folder gets updated, so the installation seems to be at least partially working. VoxTools e.g. is properly installed as well. If it is of any importance, I've got the .13, .15 and .19 versions on my PC. No version .10 though, but that might be because I didn't take the Platinum plunge until April.
It's hard to think that I would be the only one having this kind of problem. The only thing that strikes me is that I'm having a Swedish version of Windows 7. There are some differences to the English version, such as the "Program Files" folder being called "Program" (and deep down in that path the Rapture wave-files should be stored). But it's hard to believe that the installation program would contain hard coded folder paths, instead of using Windows API calls to find the proper system destination path.
So, any ideas what the problem might be?
