[Solved] Track Shortcuts

Once again I've hit something on my keyboard and rearranged things. Went through a list of the track keyboard shortcuts but can't find this. I use shift-f a lot. And it has always worked correctly but lately when I shift-f some of the tracks are still bigger than others (although not always). Before, after doing a shift-f, all the tracks were the same size in the timeline.
 
Also, when I go to resize a track, before only the track I was resizing got resized. Now all the tracks are being resized. And I like just one track at a time being resized.
 
What can I do to remedy this? Thanks a lot.

mettelus, shift-z (auto track zoom) did the trick. That was driving me crazy. Thanks.
