Yes it is. It took me a little while to get use to the interface, but once I got the hang of it I wanted more and more!!

Yes it is 32bit only. And from everything that I have read on this forum, the guy that developed it just dropped out of sight. No word, nothing. Just closed the doors on his business. Never learned why. But I heard he had some really good free fx's at one time. I never could get a copy of them to try. But if they were like the Vintage 64 (and I heard they were just as good), I just never understood why he just let it all go.

A lot of people speculated, but no one ever came up with an official word of what happened that I know of.

The Kjaerhus Classic series were quite good.  They used to give them away on CM magazines for a while after Kjaerhus pulled up stakes.  They still hold up pretty well, but you probably have equal or better effects in your arsenal.

I actually posted a link in the software section for the free classic plugins.

I actually tried to track down the author of that, and like was posted early in the thread, he literally vanished.  I saw some blurb about financials or something, but that was it.

I went through social media, and a BUNCH of people finder sites, and came up empty.

Nice effects - hope the guy is OK, and that he got something out of building and distributing those.  :)

I have the same problem. I did a fresh install on a new computer (my previous HD crashed) with no previous version installed and it is not there. I even checked the custom install list both 64bit and 32bit and its not there.

So before I download X2 does anyone know if it is in Platinum? I was going to upgrade anyhow.

thanks,
Peter
