[Solved] Volume levels fluctuating in Windows 7 headphones

Solved it finally with a registry edit ... if anyone else has same problem you find the solution here.

Wonder if anyone can help ... I'm playing Soundcloud music back on Windows 7 PC, and there seems to be some automatic compression happening, quieter parts are being made louder, so that when playing quieter intros when other parts join other parts go down in volume ... I've no idea why that is happening.  Anyone have any similar experience or could suggest what to check?
