[Solved] What's the best way to create REX files in Sonar?

Hey guys,
What's your proven method for creating REX files out of .wav files in Sonar?
Do I need to get Reason?  I can't seem to get my .wav files to respond to Clip Follows Project in AudioSnap after applying the transients to the clip.

Sonar Platinum running on a AMD-A10 7700K 3.40 GHz, 32 gig RAM, Windows 10 with 2- 1 Terabyte externals.     The only way to create REX files with with Propellerheads' ReCycle. Reason cannot create REX files. However, there is a way to create "faux" REX files in SONAR using the same basic principle.
