[Solved] What's up w/ Pro Channel compressor meter?

The meter on the Pro Channel PC76 compressor (the channel compressor) seems to be "wired backwards". It sits at 0 db when Sonar is off or there is no gain. The needle moves to the left when there is signal, peaking further to the left the more signal there is. Is this normal? It seems backwards to me.

This is perfectley normal. It shows how much gain is reduced by the compressor.

The more left, the more gain is reduced or heavier the compression. ;-)
