[Solved] When I pan a midi track 100% right or left it still plays on the other side.

I can't seem to make a midi track play only on left or right.  It bleeds into the other side.  What can I do?

Pan on MIDI track is sending CC10 to the synth. It is up to the synth to interpret that value or not.

Sonar 8LE -> Platinum infinity, REAPER, Windows 10 pro
GA-EP35-DS3L, E7500, 4GB, GTX 1050 Ti, 2x500GB
RME Babyface Pro (M-Audio Audiophile Firewire/410, VS-20), Kawai CN43, TD-11, Roland A500S, Akai MPK Mini, Keystation Pro, etc.

If it's a virtual synth leave the midi track centered, but pan the synth output track

Problem solved.  Thank you dannyjmusic!  You must change the pan in the soft synth output.
