[Solved] Where is the Concrete limiter?

I just took advantage of the sale and downloaded the ProChannel Concrete Limiter and installed it, but it does not show up in the ProChannel.  
 
Am I missing something stupid?

    Do a vst reset & rescan

    Maybe just a VST scan is necessary, if automatic scanning is disabled.

    Yes! Forgot to re-enable automatic scanning.

    after my rescan, i tried to use the app and got some message about not functioning, so I restarted Sonar and opened it where it asked for the registration id... all set now.
