Solved - X1 won't open Dim Pro after unfreeze! (see images)

Answer: This is the DXi version of Dimpro - I only have the VST version loaded on this machine.  I discovered this by opening the project on my old system.
 
I needed to unfreeze Dim Pro to make a change.  X1 seems to unfreeze the tracks but not the synth.  I can insert Dim Pro no problem - It is a registered plug-in.  The other frozen synths work fine when unfreezing, but not Dim Pro.  Unfortunately the synth settings are stored with the frozen synth, and if I insert another Dim Pro I don't know what they are.
 
I checked this in SonarX1 64 and SonarX1 32 - both work the same way.
