Which plug-in or ProChannel module is not able to be sidechained?

If what you're saying is the sidechain inputs for any effects that can be sidechained don't show up as bus outputs, that's not the case here. All effects inserted in the project with valid sidechain inputs show up as bus outputs.

Can you give steps to reproduce?

no sir I am saying when I route audio to the sidechain plugin from a send or output of the track. the signal does not pass through the sidechain plug. ( i.e if I choose the prochannel gate choose sidechain (on bus track) no signal.

If I understand you correctly...the signal providing the sidechain input is a control signal only, so it will not be heard in the output.

For example suppose you have a sustained guitar power chord going into a gate, with a kick drum for the sidechain signal. The gate will open when the kick hits, and let through the guitar. When the kick goes away, so does the guitar until another kick hits. You will not hear the kick throughout any of this.

Glad to have helped. Sidechaining is very powerful but not always intuitively obvious.
