This one is a Les Paul Standard (Premium Plus). It comes with Burstbucker Pro pickups in it, and each is coil-tappable, and in addition, Gibson puts an "out-of-phase" switch on one of the tone knobs for when you are using the "middle" pickup position (both pups on)... and it sounds very much like Gary Moore's sound which I love! The other tone knob serves to engage the bridge pup no matter what your controls are set at, and it totally bypasses all circuitry... tone goes straight from pickup to jack for pure unadulterated tone. It's got a fabulous neck too.
This color is called Transparent Amber, and I got it from Sweetwater at a nice discount. Dealers must be hungry in this economy!

Love it Tony. This would be one of my top choice color options as well. My goal is to...some day.... have a Standard again. Probably tobacco burst or trans amber.
