Something a little different.
Heres something we did here at The 4077 a couple of months ago. The song was written by Karl he had some chords and the lyrics but no arrangement. We did the whole session in about two and a half hours. Karl sang and played guitar, I add some bits like bass guitar, keys and drums. But i'm still bright

Very nice! I like it when the double vox kick in. You might want to keep the vocal track turned up a bit more after the doubled parts...or drop the doubled parts back a bit.

I thought Donavan had a great style. Would be cool to take off where he left off.
Enjoyed the song....but I was leaning to far ...hearing bongo's and Donavan stuff.

Nice tune. Some EQ issues, but the song is nice. It sounded better starting at 1:20.

Hi Daryl, Thanks for having a listen, agreed that there are some issues but as I said the whole thing was done in two and half hours. That is record, add the drums, bass guitar and piano, arrange, mix, etc. etc.

You know I like music such as this John. Raw,folky vibe.. honest and has character.
A couple of tweaks here 'n there on the vocal levels, but that's darn minor for a quick take!

It does have that classic folk vibe reminiscent of Donavan. It's got that raw edge like so many folk songs of that generation did as well. You did a nice job backhanding this on off!
