Something's coming in the mail! But What???

Last month I signed up for USPS shipping updates. On May 26th I got a message that something was shipped to me, but had no idea what it was since I didn't order anything. Then I noticed the sender's address: Boston, MA.....

    Says delivered Thursday but nothing was in the box. They appear to be giving me someone else's tracking info.
