Something's taken over my plus and minus keys

Apparently, something's taken over my plus and minus keys, making them unusable in track view to adjust volume and pan.  I posted this in the Sonar forum, where scook suggested that a utility program has captured those keys.  It just started happening since the latest W10 update a week or so ago.  Any ideas as to what's causing this?  If I can't run this down, I'll probably have to try a system restore.  However, I would like to figure this out if possible.  Thanks in advance.

All the best,
Lynn

Try another KB before you do anything radical. My wireless keyboard just started sending out random keystrokes and skipping intentional keystrokes. I was convinced that I had a virus. After a couple hrs I pulled out my old USB KB and everything has been good since.
