Sonar 3 - Getting Normal.cwt to launch?

Just had to reinstall Sonar 3 and I can't recall where and what I tick to get the Normal.cwt. start by default.
Must be getting old.Any help welcome.

    They default to C:\Cakewalk Content\SONAR Platinum\Project Templates.
