Sonar 6 won't open projects with T-RackS plugins

I spent about 6 hours yesterday setting up mastering projects for a 13-song album using sonitus and T-RackS effects.  None of them will open.  I can open previous projects that don't use the T-RackS effects, but all these mastering projects (and autosaves) won't open.  The program just sits there and won't respond.

Any suggestions?!  I really need to get these masters out the door for this band.

    Try opening Sonar in safe mode.  If I remember, it will ask you each time it tries to load a plugin, and you should be able to see which one it's failing on.  Good luck with that project!

    Thanks a million for trying to help.  I haven't tried to open the originals, I ended up starting over.  No super big deal.

    BUT I'd like to report a way around the problem in case someone else runs into it and finds this thread.  I simply made sure I UNCHECKED all the effects in the project before a final save and close.  Projects opened just fine after that!
