Sonar 7 exporting bus channel settings between two projects

I am familiar with the track export function but can't seem to be able to do that with bus channel.
Any ideas?

    Not in S7, I'm afraid. X1's FX chains would work for that, I think. But I'm using 8.5, and rely on project templates to configure my standard busses and effects in advance. 


    All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

      It is very frustrating when it comes to mixing as I am doing several tracks for LP release. Even the track templates seem to only memorize fx chains but not levels, very weird compared to the "leading" DAW maker.

    Yes it is a major flaw. I'm used to mixing albums though my 01v digital mixer where you have a preset template and then each song would would be mixed via automation. But all the compression/ eq and efx could be shared from song to song to keep the album glued. I was really surprised to loose this when I started mixing with Sonar. The work around is to use the pre set save function for each effect. The send levels, well all you can do is write it down.

    Yes, I am doing exactly that - taking MS Paint screenshots (Ctrl+Print Screen) of the track levels and bus levels and somewhat recreating that...very messy and laborious.
