Sonar 8 producer edition

HI there all

I haven´t used this program for several years I got a an external usb sound driver 7.1  from Delock
and a builtin Intel soundcard, but non of them seem to be accepted by Sonar

I can see my Midi board Edirol PC 50 making sounds by looking at the "volume" but I can´t hear anything

4 Gb Ram and 2,4 ghz processesor from INTEL and uses SATA disc
Motherboard is an ASUS p8z77-v LX

I have a weak memory that told me to download som program to learn Sonar which soundcard to use
but that is a weak one...
