Sonar 8.3 in 64 bit?

Sonar 8.3 in 64 bit?

I am sure this has come up before but is sonar 8.3 capable of running at 64 bit.  Have been trying to install it in a 64 bit system but at the end of the install it freezes up and says something about dynamic link libraries etc.  Is it better, or possible, to install it as 32 bit on the 64 bit system?

ASRock Z97 Pro 4 Motherboard
Chipset : Intel Z97
Intel i7 4790k
32 gb Ballistix (crucial) 1600 DDR3 ram
Corsair 330R case Corsair Rm750 ultra quiet power supply
Win 10 64 bit
Motu 1248 AVB
Mackie Onyx Blackbird 16 x16 FW
Sonar Platinum

    32bit SONAR will run on 64bit Win 7, it just will not be able to see more than 4GB of RAM.

    So is Sonar 8.3 not 64 bit?

    SONAR has shipped both 32 and 64bit versions for some time, well before SONAR 8. It is possible to install 32bit, 64bit or both on Win7 64bit.

    I am running Sonar 8.3 64 bit on Windows 8 64 bit. Only problem is that I haven't been able to get Soundforge Pro to appear in the tools menu yet.

    I run SONAR 8.3.1.372 64-bit in Windows Vista Business.
