Sonar Lost a Track

I was just working on a song and Sonar crashed.  When I reopened it the first track was gone.  I tried to open the recovery file and it was empty.  Has this ever happened to anyone and is there anyway to recover my missing track?

Maybe it's been accidentally hidden? Was it H that controls hiding/showing ? At least it used to (?).

Yep, shift + h will display all tracks, irrespective of type, status etc.

CuddlyBear - if at some point you have saved the project when the track was still in the project then it will be sat in the project audio folder.

If you haven't saved it then it won't be.
