Sonar Plat Can't Export Project With Linked Clips (or Even Mix Down)...

I'm not saying Sonar can never do that, but here's what happened:

I had a four-bar clip, which I copy/pasted at least once using the link clip option.  I say at least once because when I went to unlink only one clip lost the dotted line even though in the Clip Inspector it said "multi" clips were linked.  But that unlinking came later.

In the meantime, I tried to export a project with fewer than 10 total tracks, 6 of which involved soft synths (EZDrummer2, Omnisphere, EZKeys and SampleTank), nothing too challenging.  AFter 40 minutes still nothing, so I abandoned it.  I then tried a mixdown to a new track, same result.

I ultimately found that the linked clips were the problem while trying to "bounce to clip" and could not do so when the first clip in the track was part of the selected group.  After more investigation, and being able to bounce later clips on the track (which apparently were never linked) I noticed the Clip Inspector said "multi" clips were linked.  It was then that I discovered -- by right-clicking on various clicks on the track -- that most of them had "unlink" grayed out.

So I unlinked everything, and was able to export and mixdown just fine.

I'm not sure if this is a one-time issue but wanted to see if it's evidence of a possible bug.

Thanks,

(multi) does not mean multiple objects are in that state; it means some of the selected objects are in one state, and some are in another (i.e. multiple states/values). This may not help explain what happened, but I wanted to clarify that.

I recall seeing some other issue with linked clips recently, but I'd have search to find it and see if it was relevant; I think it had something to do with combining linking and locking.
