Sonar Platinum 64 and VST3 plugins

I just reloaded my machine and I am not able to see any VST 3 plugins in the Sonar Plaitinum. I seem to have all the folders in the Plugin paths but they dont' show up, any ideas? Also kind of weird that Dimension Pro did not show up on the first install, had to re install to get it.

Which got me to thinking, how do you guys install plugins, do you let them go to their default or do you force them into a single location for maangeability?

Thanks in advance and have an awesome day!

    My VST3 plug ins are in C:\program files\Common Files\VST3
I have that link in the Sonar Preferences/VST Settings/VST Scan Paths
