Sonar Platinum Console View

Just noticed in console view that the lower scroll bar for the bus pane shows even when all the bus strips are visible. The scroll bar should be gone.

    +1 It seems this behavior started a couple of updates ago and causes wasted space and half view of faders that should should show fully. Also, about the same time the WAI display hides with tracks that are hidden in the track manager. The WAI display should never hide. This used to work in older versions and sure would nice if that functionality were restored. It is not a huge problem but it is annoying.
