There are still some people working and this has been fixed for others.

Not sure whether you need to try raising a support request or whether they will see it here and fix it for you. I would try the former until someone who knows better suggests the best way forward.

Glad you fixed it, But I found that all you had to do was open and run CCC. ( for now anyway)

I posted in another thread that mine went into demo mode and learned it happened to someone else and then it fixed itself.
I was very relieved thinking mine would correct itself but I'm still getting demo mode.
I just called the number in the email they sent me (stating they had cancelled my membership) and there was no answer at all.
How did you contact support asimmd?
Johnny, I just launched Splat from CCC and still get demo mode.

    Thanks very much,
    Randy

I guess it depends on if you were fully paid up or not. It only happened on my Office computer that I don't actually use Sonar, but it's a back up copy and at the time outdated. I hadn't even run it for months.  I just opened CCC  and after it had scanned Sonar the demo mode went away. I didn't even update it. I only use it for reference when helping here. But a few had posted this same solution. It's one of those things that makes me nervous about the on line system going haywire on us. So I have one DAW on line and one offline.

Actually the person that said it fixed itself was like me, 6 months into the rent to buy plan.
I would be happy to pay my balance if I could own the last release.

I would try e mailing Cakewalk or even a PM to one of the surviving employees like Neil. They seem sincere in helping people with these issues.

When you change the name of your computer you have to re-log into the CCC.

I emailed Cakewalk Activation Support and a few hours later it was fixed.
I did try running CCC as is the normal thing to do but it didn't
fix the problem it still went into demo mode.
