Sonar Platinum Steam - Sound Center DLC

I bought Sonar X3 Producer on Steam and then Cakewalk Sound Center 10 Pack bundle Downloadable Content also on Steam. It worked fine in X3. When Platinum was released I understood that there was a "timing" issue in having the previously purchased DLC for Sound Center available in Platinum unless the previous X3 install was left on. Due to a raft of issues with trying to get Platinum to see all the various bits and bobs I have now removed X3 and Platinum from my steam install and then re-installed just Platinum (via Steam). I did this at this point due to a posting on the Steam Sonar forums giving notice that the issue would be solved by a "patch/release/fix/pixie dust" (delete as applicable) on 10th March. Well I still cannot see any of my purchased DLC for Sound Center within Steam. I think I've been pretty damn patient and I'd like to know what is going to be done about this situation. If there isn't a quick fix on Steam I want a download for the Sound Center content that I can install locally to get back to working on the projects that are using those sounds that I have purchased.
On a side note, whereas my X3 and Platinum purchases show up on the cakewalk site, my Sound Center DLC purchase does not - what's the deal with that?
Does anyone on here know of a solution or is this going to need some cakewalk intervention.
