Sonar Platinum - Z3TA-2 'popping' on certain voices

As quick as possible - in 8.5 Producer all Z3 voices work perfectly. In Sonar Platinum some voices are subject to 'popping' interference (For example Italo and Alpha Centauri). There is a similar issue with some voices in Rapture Pro as well. The audio settings on both 8.5 and Platinum are exactly the same. Also if either of the VSTs are run free-standing they work perfectly. Sampling rate is 44100. Buffering is the same. Everything is the same! Cables etc. have been checked. It's not my sound card 'cost his would affect 8.5. Same goes for Window 7 platform. This is just happening in Platinum. Any ideas folks? Thanks in advance.

Hi. Perhaps increase the "Prepare using ...ms buffer" to 500 in Preferences (P), MIDI, Playback and Recording.
    Hope it helps.
    All the best.

    Try increasing it to 700.
There is no magical number. Try different numbers, and see what works for you.

Try cycling the "Limiter" button in the lower right of the Z3TA+2 GUI. I noticed that seems to be lit up, but is not actually limiting, so some patches would clip. Verify that by hosting it in a DAW and checking the meters in the DAW.

ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero (Wi-Fi AC), i7-8700k, 16GB RAM, GTX-1070Ti, Win 10 Pro, Saffire PRO 24 DSP, A-300 PRO, plus numerous gadgets and gizmos that make or manipulate sound in some way.
