Sonar Platinum - Zoom in and out focuses on last track only

I just built a new computer and reinstalled Sonar from scratch so I could get all of the latest installers to archive as I plan to keep using it for quite some time before having to decide on a new platform.  As I'm getting it back up and running, I'm having an issue I've never seen before and any help would be appreciated:

Whenever I zoom in or out vertically in the track view, Sonar is always focusing on the last track of my project.  In the past, the focus of the zoom was the currently selected track.  Now, no matter where I am or what is selected, it always jumps to the last track.  It doesn't matter if I use ctrl+arrow, the magnifying glass in the corner, or my control surface zoom keys.  Anyone else have this happen?  Am I missing a check box somewhere?

I have a new clue.  It only has trouble when I have some of my track folders collapsed.  If I open every track folder, it zooms as expected.  If I collapse a track folder, it jumps to the last track to zoom.  UNLESS - I have selected the last track, then it jumps to the first track in the project. UNLESS - The first track folder is collapsed, then it seems a little random what it jumps to if I select the final track.

It may be a bug and it will never be fixed.
Have you ever tried hovering over the timeline (until you see the magnifying glass) and then dragging up/down to zoom ?
Its how I zoom 90% of the time.
You can also use ALT+Z to unzoom any zooming you have previously done.
Its like an undo feature only for Zooming.
