Sonar Plugin Update Information

After a Sonar update and launch from the CC, there are usually a handful of plugins that were updated and noted in the toast popup. I would like more information... Which plugins were updated for one, and I would like to see those updated plugins highlighted in the Plugin Manager with the option to click somewhere for additional information about changes/modifications.
 
There has been several requests placed here for revamping the Plugin Manager and I still want to see that at some point. New or modified plugin information would be helpful for me. Anyone else?
