Sonar Reference Guide --- get rid of excess duplicate links

Try to search for something in the Ref Guide, and you'll hit many - hundreds - thousands - myriads -- of exactly the same sentence being used as a link to some very uninteresting sub-category of function.  
 
Get rid of the duplicate links.  
 
Alternatively, get a better search method.
