Sonar Subscription problem...???

Hi all, back in Jan. I upgraded to Sonar Platinum on the month to month subscription plan. Everything was going great until a few weeks ago when I lost all access to the email account that I had used to purchase Sonar, (including all the emails from Cleverbridge that I had saved). The notification that Cleverbridge most likely tried to send for my October payment would have bounced back to them, leaving me with no way to make the payment that is due. When I contacted Cleverbridge about updating my email, so I could make the October payment, they only sent me a copy of my Sept. payment receipt - that's not much help. Paypal shows that there is no payment currently due, and will not allow me to send a payment to Cleverbridge manually, I'm guessing that payments can only be done using the link in the email from Cleverbridge, (the email I don't have), and Sonar is now only a few days from switching to demo mode. I've already sent Cleverbridge another email, asking for the October invoice, so far no response, and if I don't hear back from them how can I stop Sonar from reverting to demo mode? Can I just cancel my current subscription, and then restart it using the correct email address? Or would that cause me to lose credit for all the payments I have already made? It's frustrating that there seems to be no direct way to update my email address myself with Cleverbridge, and I am not sure that whoever responded to the email I sent actually understands what my situation is. Anyone have any ideas?

    Get in touch with Cakewalk's customer service. We're a peer to peer forum so we can't access that sort of info and there's no guarantee that a cakewalk employee will see this thread.
