Sonar X1 64 bit and Wavelab 7

Anyone having any luck using both. X1 with  vs 700 R as audio card  and vs700c as controller along with wave lab 7? Im having sample rate issues as i want to master with wavelab 7. I use   (96/24  with X1b , then dither with Ozone to 16/44  . Wavelab still sees vs 700 ASIO driver samplerate at 9624 when I import the ditherd 2 track. into ewavelab 7. thus will not work.
