Sonar X1 Explained ~ pleasant Groove3 surprise! read the fine print!

i got the first two installments of Sonar X1 Explained as part of the Sonar X1 Welcome Packet this summer and was immediately impressed with the content and delivery.

unfortunately i didn't want to fork out the $49 retail for the videos.   i thought it would be a nice gesture for Cakewalk to discount the set for X1 converts yielding to an intense campaign, but in all fairness they've been pretty generous in due course.

okay here's the fine print... i checked out the Sonar X1 Explained series at Groove3 and when i added it to the cart to calculate tax and shipping, "lo and behold" there was a $7.50 discount prominently displayed.  now  i'm not too greedy, that was enough for me... 

i got more from the first two installments courtesy of the X1 Welcome pack then i did from reading the first 50 pages of Sonar X1 Power.   i guess i must be more of a visual learner. 

through viewing i am feeling increasingly grounded in the program and feel confident i know where to look for solutions as my questions get more complex. 

hope that it's okay to reveal secrets like this here...  and most of all hope this information benefits someone else sitting on the fence about this great product.
