Sonar X1 LE Silent Buses & crashing often after adding effects and then playing -

Hi everyone,  I'm new to the whole DAW scene but recently I purchased a Roland Quad-Capture and it came with Cakewalk X1 LE however I'm in the middle of recording my EP and came across some issues....  (I should Mention that my setup is Mackie Mixer > Roland Quad-Capture > Laptop)  Of course the first one is:   Silent Buses Detected
The following tracks and buses are currently assigned to a silent hardware output. The items listed below will be silent in your project until their outputs are reassigned to an appropriate hardware output.  Reverb  Master  I'm having trouble figuring out how to reroute these? Would someone be able to give me a step > to > step please? :) Would be greatly appreciated!!  No sound from Sonar :(  My other question is that I have a laptop so I often have to unplug the Quad-Capture from my computer which I think is messing with the audio drivers as when I plug it back in and play my track from Sonar I never get ANY audio play back but I can hear you tube and my tracks on my computer. Then sometimes I can hear Sonar but nothing else.. is there a way around this?  Fatal Errors  I also get fatal errors apply effects to my tracks then trying to play them. When I do the whole thing crashes.

Have you tried changing the output of the Reverb Master bus? Expand the bus pane and select another output.
What Driver Mode are you using for the QC? Have you gone to the Roland web site and downloaded and installed the latest drivers for the Quad Capture for your operating system?
