Sonar X1 Producer crashes when opening Reason 6 through ReWire

Hi guys,

I'm hoping someone can help me out with this.  I'm running out of ideas...

Almost every time I go to open Reason 6 from within Sonar X1 Producer I see the Reason splash screen for about one second and then Sonar crashes.  It used to crash about half the time (it's never worked properly consistently) but for some reason as of today it crashes almost 100% of the time.  I didn't change anything with my computer today (though I did install Windows updates a couple of days ago...).

Reason 6 works fine when I open it as a standalone program.  Also, other software synths in Sonar work fine.

I have the latest patches installed for both Sonar and Reason.

I've tried various audio settings in Sonar (ASIO driver, WDM driver, etc.) and even tried two separate audio cards (one internal PCI card and one external USB device).  Nothing seems to help.

I've also tried reinstalling Sonar.  Reason did open correctly right after I reinstalled Sonar (getting my hopes up) but only once.  It crashes every time now.

I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: Just reinstalled Reason as well.  No luck.
