Sonar X1 doesn't show up as a download in my account.... why?

I am using X2, but I wanted to install X1 on another computer.  I tried getting it from my account, but the download link isn't there.  Everything else is, but not X1.  Where is it?

It's the same thing.  I vaguely remember that Expanded was just X1 with added features.  So if you're wanting to install X1, that's the one.

Sonar X1 was available as a box purchase and or a download.

From my recollection if you bought the boxed set you didn't get a download unless you bought that first then paid for the boxed discs.

X1 Expanded on the other hand was a download only. This was at the time when Cakewalk were just beginning to use downloads for products with Sonar 8.5 being the first download purchase.

If you know that this is not the case then get in touch with Cakewalk. As you navigate to your customer account open the webpage where the Product tab is, select the Feedback tab and from the drop down, pick, I have a product not showing on my account.

    All the best.

Thanks for your responses.  It was originally a download.  That's where I originally got it from, the website.  It has been there up until tonight.  Jon -- actually, Expanded isn't the actual Sonar program.  You need to have Sonar installed in order for Expanded to install.  I tried it because I wasn't sure and I got an error saying, "Couldn't find the program to be upgraded" or something to that extent.

Anyway -- I ended up finding all the X1 files that I had originally downloaded on another drive.  I recently upgraded from 32-bit W7 to W10, but then did a clean install of Windows 10 64-bit over the upgrade and had moved all my files to another drive.  I didn't realize X1 was in there.
