Sonar X1B and Channel Tools ?????

Couple of things....

Firstly, this is the second time I am posting this question, somehow, my first post got ERASED by someone other than me.... hmmm?

OK.. have a project created in 8.5 and loaded it into x1b with hot fixes. I am on WIN 7 x64 and running Sonar in x64.

One of my audio tracks is in stereo and I inserted channel tools and tried to tighten its panning.  My system GUI hung but the music kept playing.  Then, I got a dialog box with a OP15 error code in channel tools message.  Closed the box and everything went back to normal.  This HAS NEVER happened before.

I did change my audio device from an ECHO GINA 3G to an OCTA-CAPTURE. I have a fast machine with plenty of ram.

Has anyone come across this issue (bug?) before and if so, is there a known fix? Also, any idea why a message like this might have been deleted by an admin?
