Sonar X1b ..... how do I make the Browser settings "stick" ?

Hi all
 
A bit of a weird one.
 
I have a Template which when it opens, directs the Browser to my personal preferred  Plugin Layout - problem is that it does not remember that the plugin layout tree is open - I have to manually open / click open the tree-branch to access my plugins.
 
Is there a way to make this "stick "
 
Instead of a template, if I set-up a screen-set, will it rememeber  all these types of settings / openings ?

    Is the screenset set to "Locked"?

    Right click on the screenset that loads up in the template and make sure there is no lock icon next to it
